Do I need to migrate my contacts?
No. With Dolibarr or WordPress, Hermod reads contacts straight from the source on every campaign. If you prefer, import a spreadsheet into your own list.
Does it work without Dolibarr or WordPress?
Yes. Your own list has search, filters, lists, custom fields, import with preview and a signup form for your site.
Do emails go out with my domain?
Yes. Hermod shows the DNS records to publish and checks them by itself. Emails are signed with your domain, and tracking links use your domain too.
Do I need design or HTML skills to build the emails?
No. Ready-made templates already come with your logo, colors and social media: just change the text and images (there is a free bank of photos, illustrations and drawings in your brand color, plus more than 100 icons). If you prefer, build from scratch by dragging blocks. Hermod checks everything before sending.
What can I automate with workflows?
Welcome, win-back of inactive contacts, birthday, abandoned cart and any sequence of your own: the contact enters through a trigger and gets emails depending on whether they open, click or do not respond. There are ready-made templates with the emails already written.
Can my site tell Hermod that something happened?
Yes. Your site, ERP or n8n send an event through the API (e.g. order placed) and the contact enters the workflow within 1 minute, with the event data in the emails. Hermod can also notify your system with a webhook.
How does Hermod help me stay out of spam?
It cleans the list before sending, sends at the pace each provider accepts, signs emails with your domain and pauses by itself if bounces or complaints go over the limit.
What about data protection law?
Every message has a one-click unsubscribe, also written back to your source. Each contact keeps its source and legal basis, and whoever asked to leave stays blocked even if imported again.
